Knowledge is power. Knowledge shared is power multiplied.
Scholarly Research
The term ‘research-based’ is thrown around rather casually today, but we are very deliberate in our use of this term. In order for an idea to be considered ‘research-based’ at The Acres Foundation, it must be tested and prove its efficacy against the constraints and affordances unique to our context.
Our goal is to design empirical studies on topics related to curriculum, pedagogy, leadership, and the other essential supports that influence the quality of schooling, and then publish them in credible international peer-reviewed scholarly journals so that our methods and findings are scrutinized against the highest benchmarks of rigor.
